Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at eTeam. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT programs consisting of multiple projects, developing program strategy, and supporting business cases and project plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement program strategy to ensure successful delivery of IT projects.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and senior business leadership to communicate program strategy and direction.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Manage teams of project managers, project leaders, and support staff to ensure efficient project management processes.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on project status to IT leadership and senior business leadership.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and project management plans.
  • Manage change in accordance with the change management plan to control scope, quality, schedule, cost, and contracts.
  • Capture program status and data by ensuring the population of the program management information system.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Risk and Issue Management skills.
