Job Description

This is a senior-level position responsible for providing overall project management, administration, and coordination for large-scale civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will develop and manage budgets, schedules, extras, change orders, and payments to ensure timely delivery and cost effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing overall construction management, administration, and coordination of the project
  • Developing and managing budgets, schedules, extras, change orders, and payments
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

Required qualifications include 4-7 years of proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 4 years of construction experience working on civil infrastructure projects. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling for lump sum ICI projects is essential.

A C.Tech., P.Eng., or CET designation is required, with Gold Seal certification being a strong asset.
