Join Our Team as a Server/Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Server/Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Arts Group. As a Server/Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of servers, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of servers to ensure excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience
  • Supervise and train servers to maintain high standards of service and quality
  • Ensure that all servers are aware of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Valid ProServe Certificate
  • 3+ years of previous food service, bartending or restaurant experience required
  • Previous supervisory experience an asset
  • Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and a fast-paced environment
