Nurse Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse with VON Canada, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in their homes and other settings.
- Perform tasks including diabetes management, dialysis, IV medications, IV/CVAD care, palliative care, phlebotomy, wound care, and more.
Requirements:
- Must be Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice.
- Experience in community health is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
- A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required, and a Vulnerable Sector Search and/or a Child Abuse Registry Check may be required.
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
