**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cardiopulmonary care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the healthcare team with the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based care in partnership with patients and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in respiratory therapy practices.

Requirements:**

  • Current registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) and Paediatric Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • At least 2 years of acute care experience in respiratory therapy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
