Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Specialist to join our team at Revive Building Maintenance. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to a high standard
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a sterile environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure a smooth operation
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Work Environment

This is a permanent, on-the-road position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be working in a variety of settings, including offices, hospitals, and other commercial properties.
