Job Title: Insulation Team Lead Position

Location: Various locations, including commercial and residential construction sites.

We are seeking an experienced insulation team lead to join our team at West Peak Insulation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, training or arranging for training, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee a team of insulation installers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute insulation installation projects, ensuring compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, promoting continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and safety metrics, reporting regularly to management.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and respect among team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insulation installation, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving quality standards.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to insulation installation and safety.
