Retail Store Manager

East Side Grocery Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working together as a team to achieve our goals.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
