Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model for employees, demonstrating high standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Supervise and train sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and inventory levels to inform purchasing decisions and optimize stock management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, such as increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to address customer complaints and concerns.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
- Work in a retail environment with frequent exposure to customers and coworkers.
- Stand for extended periods, move around the store, and lift up to 25 kg.
- May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
