Nespresso Coffee Advisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nespresso Coffee Advisor to join our team at Acosta. As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting Nespresso coffee products and providing exceptional customer service to our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Excite customers by promoting Nespresso coffee products and sharing your expert knowledge with customers and staff alike.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Elevate the customer experience by providing coffee samples and demos of all Nespresso products.
  • Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to management to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail sales experience and a passion for coffee.
  • Engaging personality and comfortable approaching customers.
  • Part-time weekend availability and reliable transportation to and from locations.
