Security Operations Manager

As a key member of the Toronto 6IX Security team, the Security Operations Manager will oversee the daily activities of security personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Preparing and submitting progress reports to management
- Requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of security personnel
- Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Establishing work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A secondary school graduation certificate and relevant experience are required for this role.
Work Environment: Permanent position, 30 hours per week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all stakeholders.
