Role Overview

Intelcom is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Developer to support data engineers, developers, and data scientists in driving informed data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing BI solutions that provide valuable insights through intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
  • Analyzing client needs to translate them into detailed specifications for realization
  • Leading the Data Analysis Squad and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

Responsibilities

The Senior BI Analyst Developer will cover partially the BI development lifecycle, including:

  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex source datasets to uncover data transformation strategies and actionable insights
  • BI Development: Contribute to BI solutions, architectures, and their detailed design
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business, data, and analytical requirements
  • Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities for performance improvement in existing BI solutions
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data dictionaries and technical specifications

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence projects
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
  • Good knowledge of ETL/ELT principles and data model standards
  • Expertise in Power BI or similar tools
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical requirements
