Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Change Management Board, setting agendas, reviewing quality, and providing completed Change Request Forms, RFIs, change orders, etc., for Change Management Board actions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and assure information prior to change board decisions.
  • Log and manage Change Management Board decisions and escalation recommendations.
  • Track change logs and action items, documenting Change Management Board resolutions, approvals, rejections, and requests for further information.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a program controls role within large-scale projects or programs of work.
  • Experience in managing project/program change in complex infrastructure projects/programs is preferable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in applicable technical areas or an aspect of program controls and strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable engaging with senior/executive stakeholders.
  • A recognized degree in project/program/cost management or similar is required.
  • Member of appropriate professional institutions, such as P. Eng., PMP, RICS, or other project management-related certifications.
