Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in the Northern Zone of All Saints Springhill Hospital. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments, pain, or functional limitations. They will develop holistic treatment programs using various techniques, including exercises, education, and manual therapy. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with other healthcare professionals are essential.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university
  • Membership with the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists (provincial licensing body)
  • Computer skills, including statistics input, word processing, and GroupWise
  • Annual Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation certification (BCLS) and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System training and certification (WHMIS)
  • Access to reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $33.97-$42.89, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a signing bonus and relocation assistance with a defined Return of Service contract.
