About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at AAA Plumbing & Heating Ltd. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation
    • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
    • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Pipe Fitting and Testing
    • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
    • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Estimation and Measurement
    • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
    • Estimate costs and materials.
    • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in various locations, including commercial and residential settings.
    • Work in wet/damp environments.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Vehicle supplied by employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Physically demanding work.
    • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
    • Hand-eye coordination.
