Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Estimate and Manage InventoryEstimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Lead by ExampleLead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service, food quality, and staff development.
Manage Budgets and FinancesPrepare budget and cost estimates, and manage financial resources to ensure that we are operating within budget and achieving our financial goals.
Address Customer ConcernsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required to inform business decisions.
Communicate EffectivelyCommunicate effectively with staff, customers, and management, ensuring that we are working together to achieve our goals and objectives.
About You- Experience
You will have a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and achieving results.
EducationYou will have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and may have additional education or training in a related field.
LanguageYou will be fluent in English, and may have proficiency in other languages.
Work ScheduleYou will be available to work a 35-hour per week schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
