Job Title: Drywall Supervisor - Senior Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Supervisor to join our team at A & I Enterprises Ltd. as a Senior Construction Project Coordinator.

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in commercial and residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of drywall installers, finishers, and other trades personnel.
  • Plan, organize, and manage the installation of drywall on construction sites.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress, including time sheets, daily logs, and material inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drywall installation, construction management, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle may be required for travel between job sites.
