About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the Marketing Managers and VP Marketing in their initiatives. This role will involve a combination of in-office work and onsite work at our various showhomes, requiring a vehicle for transportation.

Key Responsibilities:


Effective task management and execution
Building strong relationships with other departments
Strong written and verbal communication with vendors and other departments
Ability to plan ahead for program execution
Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and the ability to think outside the box
Understanding of target audiences and consumer insights

Key Accountabilities Project Management and Execution:
Support in executing marketing strategy, theme, product positioning, and creative branding for all projects
Setting up, creating, and maintaining project vendor accounts and relationships
Coordinating and managing schedules related to media such as print, online, and outdoor advertising as directed by Marketing Manager
Assisting in gathering assets and creating briefs for the in-house creative team and vendors
Sanitizing floorplans and comparing them to architectural plans for accuracy
Producing, editing, and proofing various marketing collateral, including signage, stationary, brochures, floorplans, features sheets, flyers, and more
Supporting Marketing Manager in project photography tasks, including scouting models, location, and suppliers, and maintaining the project photography library
Collaboratively setting up templates in the CRM system (Spark)
Managing logistics for installations, supply orders, and vendor communication
Collaboratively organizing and assisting with moving, setup, and tear-down of staged and display homes
Assisting in the maintenance and cataloging of corporate warehouse contents as directed by Marketing Operations Manager
Maintaining sales office needs, including supplies, operations, and presentation standards (interior and exterior)
Assisting in the maintenance of pristine presentation-caliber landscaping with appropriate suppliers and trades as directed by Marketing Operations Manager
Assisting in overflow tasks necessary from the sales, marketing, and communications teams as needed: social media management, interior and exterior graphic coordination, printing and production of marketing materials, tendering service contracts, and head office reception duties as required

Running weekly/monthly reports for all campaigns to ensure upper management is aware of results
Ensuring meeting agendas are created ahead of each meeting and meeting minutes are captured and circulated afterwards as directed by Marketing Manager
Ensuring accurate filing and use of all platforms

Key Accountabilities Program Strategy:
Coordination of various events
Knowledge of project USPs, features, and positioning
Understanding of the competition and consumer trends
Understanding of features and benefits of traditional and online media
