At Cob's Bread, we are committed to providing the highest quality baked goods to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team as a Pastry Specialist.

About the Job

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes. They will also be required to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and operate machinery.

In addition, the candidate will be expected to train staff, ensure the quality of products meets established standards, and inspect kitchen and food service areas.
