Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Process and merchandise donated items, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
