About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Tire Nipigon. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Job Description:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for various tasks including bagging, boxing, or parcel purchases for customers, processing electronic transactions using computer equipment, operating cash registers, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery
- Carry customer's purchases to parking lot and pack orders in customers' vehicles
- Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom
- Direct customers to location of articles sought
- Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items
- Maintain computerized stock inventory
- Stock shelves and display areas
- Keep stock clean and in order
- Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)
- Process electronic transactions using computer equipment
- Operate cash register
- Provide customer service
Work Environment:
The Warehouse Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working under pressure. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
