We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Inverary Manor.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a nursing home setting, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Immunization records.
  • Vulnerable sector check.
