About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Solution Architect to join our growing team. As a central player within the project and product teams, you will facilitate solution definition within the company, participate in product selection, and contribute to the development of standard & patterns definition with architects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate solution definition within the company
  • Participate in product selection
  • Contribute to the development of standard & patterns definition with architects
  • Facilitate the research, evaluation, and selection of software technology and product standards
  • Help the enterprise architect define metrics to measure and demonstrate enterprise technology value
  • Manage and develop the architecture for a broader scope of projects
  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies
  • Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise application portfolio
  • Consult with application and infrastructure development projects
  • Liaise with the business and your teams to review solutions
  • Participate in the development of roadmaps & strategies
  • Align business goals with appropriate solutions
  • Define and document application architectures
  • Act as a technical mentor among the development teams
  • Document all solution architecture design and analysis work
  • Assist in the development to define business vision and communicate to all stakeholders
Requirements
  • University degree in information technology, software engineering or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge & architecture experience in software architecture, event-driven architecture, cloud architecture, authentication, OAuth, Kubernetes, SaaS, CI/CD, Git, digital solutions, marketing technologies, and insurance experience
  • Previous experiences as a tech lead, content authority, solution or application architect
  • Demonstrated experience with modelling languages & techniques
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new technologies and understand long-term and short-term perspectives
  • Strong technical background and experience with architecture frameworks and certifications
  • Team player and technical mentor with ability to communicate with various groups and levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of security best practices and ability to work in a constantly evolving technological environment
  • Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences
