Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements
  • Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
  • Participate in 5-S activities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify, and service aircraft avionics, electrical, and electronic equipment
  • Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations
  • Operate ground support equipment as required
  • Assist with mechanical and electrical removals and installations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Avionics/electric A/C Technical School or equivalent
  • Typically 0-2 years of avionics work experience or equivalent experience
  • Ability to read and understand electrical engineering drawings
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Basic set of hand tools with inventory and control
  • Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required
  • Ability to work unscheduled overtime and in seasonal/inclement weather
  • Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA) and customer certification as required
