The estimated annual salary for this role is between $50,000 and $60,000, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Retail Store Leader. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a store environment that fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your primary objective will be to direct and lead your team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development.

In this role, you will be expected to adapt to various situations, environments, challenges, job duties, and work schedules while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring your store achieves company objectives and KPI goals
  • Leading an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Recruiting, managing, developing, and training top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused
  • Setting the example for customer experience and ensuring the team provides a shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty
  • Implementing merchandise strategies while providing a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop
  • Maintaining an effective and open line of communication with the District Manager

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, commit to creating an amazing customer experience, and work evenings and weekends as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based store environment
  • A proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance
  • A High School graduate or GED equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience
  • The ability to work evenings and weekends
