Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory management
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation and quality standards are met
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
