About the Role:


The Store Management and Operations Lead is accountable for the total operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services and controlling expenses. This role oversees and is responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain high standards for Guest Services and store appearance
  • Control expenses and ensure maximum sales and profitability
  • Oversee shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing
  • Manage setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:



  • Minimum age requirement is 21
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Prior retail management experience is required
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds

Note:


The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.


This is a seasonal opportunity with a flexible schedule. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
