Job Title: Skilled Laborer/Construction Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Skilled Laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain interior suites and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in the installation of exterior air barriers and perform daily tasks as assigned by superintendents.
  • Perform interior woodworking tasks on windows frames and trims.
  • Transport materials to the worksite and ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are safely set up.
  • Assist with window removal and roofing demo procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety codes and company principles.
  • Remove hazardous materials from sites.
  • Operate scissor and boom lifts as necessary.
  • Conduct site and equipment inspections.
  • Meet deadlines for task completion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed apprenticeships recommended.
  • Driver's license recommended.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures.
  • Good hand, eye, and foot coordination.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
