Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement price and credit policies.
