About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tent Installer to join our team at Alpha Event Rentals Ltd. As a Tent Installer, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring professionalism in customer service, and determining layout and installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Setup: Install exterior prefabricated products, including tents and other structures, at various locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Layout and Installation Planning: Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe installation processes.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train on the job.
  • Work Environment: Various locations, with a focus on outdoor installations.
  • Physical Demands: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to perform installation tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position, 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
