Job Summary

Seventy Two Developments is seeking a skilled Drywall Sander to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as cleaning and piling salvaged materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites to ensure a smooth and efficient construction process.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, such as drywall sanders and saws.
Work Environment

As a Drywall Sander, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in confined spaces, and may be exposed to dust, noise, and other hazards.

Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and be available for overtime as needed.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
