About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Kush Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare building layouts according to building codes using measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
  • Schedule and coordinate work on sites
  • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in various settings
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
