Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

The Senior Credit Solutions Manager will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Contribution to the profitable growth and quality of the Bank's Corporate & Commercial Credit portfolio
  • Timely analysis, structure, and presentation of credit/financial solutions proposals within prescribed segments
  • Adherence to regulatory and internal Bank policies and requirements
  • Maintenance of accurate communication of terms and conditions of authorizations and supervision of effective implementation

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis, risk assessment, and deal structuring to develop credit proposals
  • Analyze client financial information and provide sound recommendations on credit applications
  • Liaise with Credit/Global Risk Management to ensure timely decision-making
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3 years of commercial banking experience ideally
  • Undergraduate degree in business or economics or finance or work equivalency
  • Strong knowledge of the corporate & commercial banking marketplace
  • Detailed knowledge of the assigned market area's key prospects, major companies, and competitive positioning
