About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Naran Inc. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services to our clients, such as painting, repair work, or renovations.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date, including payment receipts and invoices.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our cleaning services are integrated with other business operations.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, flexibility, and initiative
