We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician to join our team at Medicentres. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patients' medical histories, lifestyles, and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, using clear and empathetic language to address their concerns and needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from a recognized medical school.
- Current licensure to practice medicine in Canada.
- Completion of a family medicine residency program or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex medical information and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
