Job Title: Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at B.C. LTD. in a permanent position.

Job Description:

Work Term: Permanent

Work Language: English

Hours: 40 hours per week

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work Setting:

Our kitchen is located in an urban area and is a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Order supplies and equipment.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage kitchen operations.
Supervision:

The successful candidate will be supervised by a Cook (general).

Cuisine Specialties:

We specialize in Greek cuisine.

Transportation/Travel Information:

Public transportation is available.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and work under pressure.
