We're seeking a results-driven Luxury Sales Professional to join our team in Ottawa. As the primary contact for our guests, you'll be responsible for providing personalized service, cultivating strong relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales and relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Upselling and Revenue Maximization: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products, drive revenue growth, and enhance the studio's profitability.
  • Premium Service Delivery: Offer a luxury experience, including private consultations and customized photography sessions designed to exceed client expectations.
  • Client Experience Enhancement: Proactively anticipate client needs, deliver innovative solutions, and work closely with clients to understand their vision.
  • Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop trust-based relationships through personalized communication and attentive service.
  • Client Retention & Loyalty: Monitor feedback, continuously improve service offerings, and ensure a superior luxury experience.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years in high-ticket sales, preferably within hospitality or luxury retail.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Luxury Industry Expertise: Proven experience in luxury goods or premium service industries.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and high-value transactions.
  • Anticipation and Solution-Oriented: Ability to anticipate client needs and offer creative, tailored solutions.
  • Organization and Availability: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and availability to work evenings and weekends.

We offer a competitive commission-based salary, ranging from $100,000 to $150,000+, as well as:
