About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team at TBD Architecture + Urban Planning. As a key member of our design and construction team, you will be responsible for creating three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD) and analyzing technical documents and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 3-D models with CAD software
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Assist in supervising construction projects
  • Prepare working drawings
  • Write specifications
  • Conduct site visits to gather relevant information

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in architectural technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, Autodesk REVIT, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
