About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Inspirations Montessori School. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young students to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development and Education
    • Develop and implement comprehensive learning plans tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
    • Assess and monitor children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Program Development and Implementation
    • Design and deliver engaging and interactive educational programs that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide programs and initiatives that support student learning and well-being.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure open and transparent communication about student progress and well-being.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, and to provide a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Administrative and Organizational Responsibilities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, including assessments, reports, and other relevant documentation.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to child development and education.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Montessori setting.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
