Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Tim Hortons. As an ideal candidate, you will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to manage day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Supervision and Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with attention to detail. You must be able to multitask and work effectively in a team setting.
