Welder Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team in Kelowna, Canada.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks to fabricate and repair metal structures and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and repairs.">
• Perform various welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc techniques to meet project requirements.">
• Inspect finished work to guarantee compliance with specifications and industry standards.">
• Maintain and operate welding equipment and tools in good working condition.">
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results.">

Requirements:

• A diploma or certification from a recognized welding program or apprenticeship.">
• Certification in welding techniques, such as AWS or CWB.">
• Previous experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.">
• Strong attention to detail and quality control to ensure excellent outcomes.">
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with regular exposure to noise, dust, and hazardous materials.">
