About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, IT Project Delivery to join our team at Produits forestiers Résolu. This is a full-time permanent position based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple IT concurrent projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Coordinate the work of various IT functions within the scope of a broader project.
  • Work with project managers to ensure successful project outcomes through a disciplined project management process.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Coordinate project activities, track program interdependencies, and maintain project schedules.
  • Establish and execute project execution plans, oversee project delivery, and ensure projects meet quality standards.
  • Administer and manage budgets for executing IT projects, prioritize activities, and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Communicate project status updates, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP certification and/or training.
  • 15 years of hands-on experience across various IT domains, with a deep understanding of infrastructure, applications, security, and other critical aspects.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management, including end-to-end experience for medium-to-large projects and programs, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
