Job Summary

Lally Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our plumbing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, supervising a team of plumbers, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 plumbers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and arrange for training or development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all work meets the company's standards and customer expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety regulations and protocols, and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the plumbing industry
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
