Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Analyst to join our team at CBI Home Health. As a Behaviour Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and developing behaviour intervention plans for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting functional analyses and designing interventions to address challenging behaviours
  • Collaborating with caregivers and other professionals to develop and implement Behaviour Service Plans
  • Providing training and supervision to front-line staff on ABA principles and practices
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evidence-supported practices in ABA
  • Supervising graduate students pursuing BCBA certification and other ABA students
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with ABA coursework
  • Registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario
  • At least 3000 hours post-BCBA certification experience (i.e., 2 years of full-time work as a BCBA)
  • Valid driver's license and daily access to a vehicle
  • Current vulnerable sector security police check
