Mixology Expert

The Garrick Hotel is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

This permanent position involves working 20 to 30 hours per week, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a flexible work-life balance. As a bartender at the Garrick Hotel, you will be responsible for creating attractive displays, organizing bar operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Arrange the bar area to make visually appealing displays
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently
• Clean the bar area and wash glassware to maintain high standards of hygiene
• Provide recommendations on drink selections to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate records and balances of beverage sales
• Store beverages and food products in a secure and organized manner
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail. Additionally, you should have previous experience in a similar field and hold the necessary certifications, such as Serving It Safe program certification and Serving It Right Certificate.
