About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Solutions Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Your expertise in technology delivery will be instrumental in driving business outcomes and improving customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in technology domains such as cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
