Job Overview:

Sephora, a leading beauty retailer, seeks an experienced Beauty Advisor to join its team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service, recommend products, and maintain store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance & Cash areas.
  • Determine client needs and suggest suitable products.
  • Communicate product knowledge to clients as appropriate.
  • Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years' experience in retail or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
