Job Title: Process Operator

Vitalus Nutrition is seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, ensuring high-quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to process and package food products
  • Perform corrective machine adjustments
  • Record production information
  • Observe gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to verify specified processing conditions
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Make adjustments to process variables
  • Maintain shift log of production and other data
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
  • Check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
