Senior Concrete Finishing Specialist

JFR Concrete Repair & Waterproofing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team.
We are looking for an individual who has experience in concrete finishing, anchor bolt installation, and surface repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete properties and be able to apply their knowledge to achieve high-quality finishes.
The successful candidate will work on various projects, including concrete repairs, waterproofing, and restoration. They will be responsible for filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement, operating power vibrators to compact concrete, leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, imparting desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures, applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces, and repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work accurately. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
The salary for this position is $80,000 per year, which is a competitive rate in the industry. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer a range of benefits, including dental and health care plans, bonuses, and permanent work terms.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in concrete finishing and repair, and a strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
