We're searching for a Full-Stack Engineer—a versatile and visionary individual who excels in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments and relishes the challenge of solving complex problems. As a crucial member of our engineering team, the right candidate will have the unique opportunity to influence our strategic direction by engineering robust solutions at the nexus of frontend creativity and backend stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize front-to-back software solutions that meet the rigorous demands of real-time, highly concurrent distributed systems.
- Collaborate across teams to design and implement SDKs for capturing high-frequency interaction data, alongside scalable APIs to disseminate our core analytics.
- Work closely with interaction designers and the core engineering team to craft compelling user interfaces and robust backend systems that underpin the entire Pulse Labs ecosystem.
- Drive continuous improvement in our software practices, advocating for best practices, great usability, and exceptional quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise as a software engineer with comprehensive experience in full-stack development (HTML/CSS/Node.js/React).
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
