Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize front-to-back software solutions that meet the rigorous demands of real-time, highly concurrent distributed systems.
  • Collaborate across teams to design and implement SDKs for capturing high-frequency interaction data, alongside scalable APIs to disseminate our core analytics.
  • Work closely with interaction designers and the core engineering team to craft compelling user interfaces and robust backend systems that underpin the entire Pulse Labs ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement in our software practices, advocating for best practices, great usability, and exceptional quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise as a software engineer with comprehensive experience in full-stack development (HTML/CSS/Node.js/React).
  • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
